CHECK THE TEMPERATURE
The ideal temperature for your shower water is warm or cool, and not hot. A shower of no more than 40 degrees Celsius can help your skin keep working at its healthy best.
USE A SPONGE OR POOF
Applying shower Gel to a sponge or poof can help to distribute the gel more evenly and economically, without damaging delicate skin.
GENTLE CLEANSING
The skin on your body shouldn’t feel tight or dry, especially after taking a bath or shower. Look for gentle, soap-free products formulated for delicate skin as part of your daily routine.
SEAL IN MOISTURE
After showering, gently pat your skin dry and apply your favourite body lotion to lock in moisture and help your skin heal and protect itself.
